Birth Doula

I am a DONA International trained birth doula. When hired I will empower, educate, and support the birth mother and family throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum! All birth doula packages will offer prenatal visits, on-call period, postpartum visits.

VBAC Doula

I am currently training with The VBAC Link to better serve my VBAC clients. (A VBAC is a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean.) During our prenatal appointments we will work on techniques to prepare your body for a VBAC.

Add-On Supports

Add-ons allow for any package to be customized to better meet your family’s needs. The following services you may add on to any package:

Doula Packages

    • One Free Consultation

    • Access to my resource library.

    • I am available to you and your birthing partner by phone, text, and email with a 48 hour response time window until 37 weeks.

    • I will be available to you or your birthing partner 24/7 from 37 weeks-42 weeks.

    • Two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits. At these visits we will be:

      • Discussing your birth plan, expectations, and options available to you for your labor and delivery

      • Discussing and practicing comfort measures and how your birthing partner can assist during labor and delivery

      • Talk about breastfeeding and your options surrounding feeding

      • Discussing and planning for the postpartum term

      • Addressing any other questions or concerns you and your birthing partner may have

    • Backup doula available

    • I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire labor and birth.

    • Immediate postpartum support.

      • Staying with you at least 2 hours after birth

      • Assisting with a smooth transition and recovery

      • Assisting with bonding and breastfeeding

    • Two postpartum appointments totaling at least two hours.

      • Answering any questions or concerns you or your partner may have

      • Assisting with breastfeeding, bonding, and techniques to aid in a healthy beginning

      • Discussing your birth experience

      • Evaluate for postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety

      • Provide support for any tasks that are needed (example, watching new baby while mom or partner showers, eats, naps or do the dishes, help fold baby laundry).

  • One Free Consultation

    Access to my resource library.

    • I am available to you and your birthing partner by phone, text, and email with a 48 hour response time window until 37 weeks.

    On-call service:

    • I will be available to you or your birthing partner 24/7 from 37 weeks-42 weeks.

    Three 2-hour in-person prenatal visits. (Additional visits can be arranged based on your needs.) These visits will consist of the following:

    • Discussing your birth plan, expectations, and options available to you for your labor and delivery. This process includes options available for your VBAC along with options for repeat Cesarean so that you know your options ahead of decision making time

    • Discussing and practicing comfort measures and how your birthing partner can assist during labor and delivery. Including a visit specifically for breaking down mental barriers to help in achieving a healing birthing experience

    • Talk about breastfeeding and your options surrounding feeding

    • Discussing and planning for the postpartum term

    • Addressing any other questions or concerns you and your birthing partner may have

    Backup doula available

    I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire labor and birth.

    • I will meet you and your birthing partner at your home, hospital, or birthing center when we decide you and your birthing partner need me.

    Immediate postpartum support. This will consist of:

    • Staying with you at least 2 hours after birth

    • Assisting with a smooth transition and recovery

    • Assisting with bonding and breastfeeding

    Two postpartum appointments about two hours each. These visits will consist of the following:

    • Answering any questions or concerns you or your partner may have

    • Assisting with breastfeeding, bonding, and techniques to aid in a healthy beginning

    • Discussing your birth experience

    • Evaluate for postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety

    • Provide support for any tasks that are needed (example, watching new baby while mom or partner showers, eats, naps or do the dishes, help fold baby laundry).

    • One Free Consultation

    • Access to my resource library.

    • I am available to you and your birthing partner by phone, text, and email with a 48 hour response time window your whole pregnancy.

    • Two 2-hour in-person prenatal visits or Two 1-hour virtual visits and One 2-hour in-person visit. These visits will consist of the following:

      • Discussing your birth plan, expectations, and options available to you for your labor and delivery

      • Talk about breastfeeding and your options surrounding feeding

      • Discussing and planning for the postpartum term

      • Addressing any other questions or concerns you and your birthing partner may have

    • I will be on site to support, encourage, and advocate throughout the entire birth.

    • I will meet you and your birthing partner at your home or hospital when we decide you and your birthing partner need me.

    • Immediate postpartum support. This will consist of:

      • Staying with you 1-2 hours after birth

      • Assisting with a smooth transition and recovery

      • Assisting with bonding and breastfeeding

    • Three postpartum appointments totaling three hours. These visits will consist of the following:

      • Answering any questions or concerns you or your partner may have

      • Assisting with breastfeeding, bonding, and techniques to aid in a healthy beginning

      • Assisting with cesarean scar mobility and other cesarean resources

      • Discussing your birth experience

      • Evaluate for postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety

      • Provide support for any tasks that are needed (example, watching new baby while mom or partner showers, eats, naps or do the dishes, help fold baby laundry).

  • Additional prenatal visit- $70

    Additional postpartum visit- $70

    Flange fitting visit- $35

    Meal Prepping for the fourth trimester.- $200
